Summary: Sound Thinking Interactive is a digital teaching resource for primary and secondary music teachers. They need a FAQ document to address the common questions of teachers and school administrators who are considering a purchase.
Challenge: Buyer questions are currently answered in real-time from the salesperson's memory either by phone or e-mail. To save time and ensure consistency of questions addressed, Sound Thinking Interactive would like a FAQ document, designed around buyers' needs. The FAQ will be used during sales calls and provided to customers for reference online.
Solution: Develop a 1-page Buyer FAQ document that can be made available online or used as a print piece in a media kit.
Result: Kristopher Brown reports the successful use of the FAQ to facilitate sales calls. He confirmed the chosen questions did reflect the questions being asked by both teachers and school administrators. With online access, the time lag to answer potential customer questions has been significantly reduced.
